This page describes the information used by the website and research portal, and how to contact us about it.
Information you provide
Quote and support requests may include your name, email, organization, phone number, project details, and message. Portal accounts use your email and access role. Research work can include experiment plans, sensor measurements, equipment settings, calibration records, notes, and recorded operations.
How the software uses information
We use this information to provide access, respond to requests, display research data, operate connected systems, troubleshoot problems, and maintain an activity record. The existing software terms describe research-data ownership and the rights granted for data use.
Website analytics and browser storage
The public website uses PostHog for selected page and interaction events, including demo use and quote-form completion. The configured analytics use browser local storage and respect the browser's Do Not Track setting. Session recording, broad automatic click capture, and form-content capture are disabled. Event properties are restricted before they leave the browser.
The portal uses browser storage for sign-in sessions and interface preferences. Field mode may keep unsent notes on your device until they can sync. Sign out when finished on a shared device.
Service providers
The website is hosted through GitHub Pages. Authentication, application data, and server functions use Supabase. Public-site analytics use PostHog. Requests and notifications may also pass through configured email services. These services process information needed for their respective functions.
Questions, correction, and removal requests
Contact support@exacth2o.com about access to, correction of, or removal of information, or to discuss your institution's retention requirements. Include the relevant account or project, but do not send passwords. Applicable research-record and contractual requirements may affect what can be removed.
